About Julie Iannone, LCSW

At the heart of my work is helping you slow down, understand yourself and the patterns that shape your life, and make intentional choices that lead to lasting change.

What feels familiar draws us in, even if it hurts

I grew up in a family where emotional safety felt inconsistent, and closeness often felt unpredictable. Over time, I came to understand that we often recreate what's familiar, even when it hurts us. That insight has shaped who I am and how I work.

Studying psychology and social work became a turning point in my life. It deepened my understanding of how early experiences shape us and strengthened my commitment to creating the kind of emotional safety I had been seeking.

My own journey of self-reflection allows me to bring empathy, perspective, and lived experience into my work, helping you navigate change with greater clarity and compassion. This is a space where you will feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow into who you want to be.

Safety and honesty nurture meaningful growth

I’ve listened to countless personal stories, each one deepening my understanding of what strength, hope, resilience, and healing truly look like. That lived insight, combined with my professional training, shapes how I understand and support the people I work with.

I believe meaningful change happens when you feel emotionally safe. Safe to be honest with yourself, safe to explore what’s underneath, and safe enough to take the risks that allow growth to happen.

I’m a deeply curious and attentive listener who remembers the details that help you feel understood. I believe those small moments of being seen and known are often where trust begins.

Once that foundation is established, my role is to challenge you to look inward, recognize your strengths, and build the courage to move toward the life you want.

For nearly three decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from vastly different backgrounds and life experiences. Over time, I’ve come to see that beneath those differences, we share something essential: a need for connection, understanding, and the experience of being truly known.

Change begins here.
Growth is possible at every stage of life.
